The accommodation offered everything we were looking for a couple of nights. It was exceptionally well presented and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and offered us a light breakfast of cereal and toast.
We will definitely be using this accommodation again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

We had a very enjoyable stay with Deanne she made us very welcome. Very clean with tea coffee and biscuits in the room after a long day out visiting Chichester and the surrounding area. It has three very good theatres and we hope to come back to visit Goodwood. Great location.

You are made so welcome and provided with all needs for a good nights sleep and a refreshed day to follow. Beautifully presented, convenient to City centre with all the information you might require. The room was clean and fresh, beautifully decorated exactly as described on the website.
Tea-making excellent all different kinds of tea and coffee available.
The host was incredibly responsive and provided a fantastic list of local recommendations which included pubs and restaurants.
The bed was very comfortable, and the location made exploring the city a breeze.
Highly recommended.

Had a lovely couple of nights staying at this wonderful property. The room and en-suite bathroom were beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. Deanne has thought of everything and has a superb attention to detail. Tea, coffee etc facilities were excellent.
Her dog is very friendly and no trouble with strangers in her home.
Property is in a great location and great accessibility to Chichester town centre and not far from beaches, theatre and points of interest.
Would definitely stay again .
