Before I built this site I had a site I called Lifestyle Cyclist. This was the home page image I created. I still like it. Lifestyle Cyclist Magazine's VISION is that urbanites primary transport preference be cycling. Lifestyle Cyclist Magazine's MISSION is to create entertaining, informative and inspiring content that empowers urbanites to fully employ a bicycle into their lives for the attractive, desirable and feasible lifestyle choice that it is. I have probably over a hundred article ideas/thoughts/notes and I will post them on this site. But what I learnt after all the hours pouring thru Wordpress themes, logo design, image creating, building out some of the articles, etc., etc., was that I didn't really want to write about the 'nitty gritty' such as bike lights, electric bike builds or new model reviews. What I wanted to do really was the inspiring/entertaining side of it but I mainly got caught up in the informative bit first and killed my Mojo in the process. I had started on Basket Bob and What Rocket Saw too, but they are relatively quick to create.
So I took a break, and A LOT OF LIFE has happened to me since. I reimagined Farrbott during my hiatus and will publish that cartoon on Substack. Now here I am starting again. This site is the result of that space. A site about what interests me creatively. Unlike before, I spent minimal time choosing a platform and a theme. The logo took an hour to work out and now I'm done. A work in progress. It will be interesting to see where this takes me.

AuthorThis is my playground. So it's always 'work in progress'. I like to create all sorts that doesn't fit into one 'niche'! Mainly cartoon robots, bicycle culture and other 'bits' that occur to me like coffee, cooking on a camp stove and stormtroopers. Categories
