Wall of bacon

If you've never cooked bacon like this you must rush out and do it immediately. 
​Takes a little while but the smell is amazing. Combine that with the aroma you get off your cup of fresh ground cup coffee, and the wood smoke. Well, it's a sublime experience only Alan Shore can articulate.
